Our products are:

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree that all products are being purchased solely for lawful research purposes.

Vertex Labs makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and other website content. However, we do not guarantee that any content on the website is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to review and acceptance by Vertex Labs.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

  • refuse or cancel any order
  • limit quantities
  • request additional verification information
  • refuse service where an order appears unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Terms

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • the payment information provided is accurate and complete
  • charges may be processed using the payment method provided

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees, if any, will be presented at checkout.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

If a cancellation request is received and approved before the order has shipped, the customer will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

8. Returns

We do not accept returns.
All sales are final.

9. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact our support team as soon as possible using the “Contact Us”button on the website.

To help us review the issue promptly, the customer should provide:

  • the order number
  • clear photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the shipping package, when applicable
  • a brief description of the issue

Once the request is received, our team will review the information and assist as quickly as reasonably possible.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Vertex Labs will make commercially reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Any shipping or delivery timeframe shown on the website is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Vertex Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery interruptions caused by carriers, weather events, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Vertex Labs is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

11. Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for the proper receipt, handling, storage, security, and lawful use of all products after delivery.

12. Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing from Vertex Labs, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • you understand the nature of the products being purchased
  • you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes
  • you will not use, distribute, relabel, market, or transfer any product for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use
  • you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions relating to possession, handling, use, and resale, if any

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or any products purchased from it:

  • for any unlawful purpose
  • in violation of any local, state, federal, or international law
  • to engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized conduct

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

VERTEX LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, VERTEX LABS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR
  • THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER WILL BE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS
